María Teresa Sánchez Roura is currently a Senior Lecturer at the department of English and German Philology (University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain), where she teaches an undergraduate module on English Phonetics and Phonology, as well as two modules on English for the Media (both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels).
Her research interests lie in the area of (critical) discourse analysis and pragmatics, both Present Day and historical, focusing particularly on religious discourse. In fact, she hopes to graduate in Theological Studies from the Pontificial University of Salamanca (Spain) in 2018.
